Why I became a health coach...

Healing has been my deepest passion from the first moment I developed the devastating condition Fibromyalgia 15 years ago. When your life is taken away from you, the very essence of everything you are is stripped away from you, your energy depleted to nothing, your senses numbed, your light dimmed.. you realise the only way out is through.

You cannot circumvent, divert or traverse this path through hope alone – you must fight through it. This is why I use the term ‘warriors’ in my business name as this is what we all are. Let’s awaken that inner lion and make this happen - a change is both possible and achievable. I am one of the 4% of people globally who have beaten this – and it is my privilege and a real duty to share that expertise with others. Not a single person should be suffering with chronic fatigue, pain, brain fog, neuropathy, digestive problems etc. and I have made it my life’s mission to help everyone to overcome this. It CAN be done.

Nothing is theoretical – I have lived and breathed the experience. I pride myself on forensic analysis of data for diagnosis and offer bespoke, adaptable strategic plans deeply ingrained in science and built on strong foundations of experience. I am here to equip you with the tools to do just that and coach you to achieve dynamic energy, get better digestion and achieve that lasting wellbeing you deserve.
